Kids Birthday Parties in Danville

Every party is priced for a group of 10, from $350 (Fluid Art) to $850 (Resin Beach Scene), plus tax; our most popular, Fluid Art, is $350 for 10. You can add guests up to 30 when you book, and the booking window shows the total for your group before you pay. A private Studio Hour ($150 + tax) for cake and food, pizza and juice, a second activity and a signature canvas are optional add-ons you can choose when you book.

Group party pricing is for 10 to 30 participants, with 10 children as the minimum. Planning a bigger group? Just ask and we'll help with space and timing. Smaller groups are welcome to book any art activity directly instead.

Parties start at age 4 with Fluid Art and Drip Art Characters. Glow and Resin Tumbler parties are for ages 6 and up, Glass Painting 7 and up, Decoden Art 8 and up, Resin Beach Scene 10 and up, and Resin Mosaics 13 and up. Tell us your group's age when you book and we'll recommend the best-fit activity.

Booking an activity package reserves one hour in the studio for the art experience. Add the private Studio Hour and your party becomes two hours, with time for cake and food (set up and break down included).

Yes — cake, cupcakes and pizza are yours to bring, with the Studio Hour add-on, which is required for food. You get a private hour to cut the cake and enjoy your food, and we provide tables, tablecloths, setup, and cleanup. Prefer we handle food? Add cheese pizza and juice for your group when you book ($100 + tax for 10 kids).

Yes. Every package includes a dedicated host, all art supplies and materials, aprons, step-by-step instruction, and cleanup. You just bring the birthday kid and the guests — we handle the mess.

Yes — we host parties throughout the week, including weekends. Check the Book Now calendar for open dates and reserve early, since weekend slots fill up fast.

Yes — a $150 deposit holds your date and room, and it comes off your final bill. If you already know exactly what you'd like to do, you're welcome to pay the full amount at checkout instead.

14 or more days before your party, move your date once for free or keep the deposit as a credit. 3 to 13 days before, your deposit becomes a credit toward a new date. Less than 3 days before, the deposit is kept. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund. Your final headcount is due 7 days before. Yes — everyone who takes part counts toward your guest list. If a sibling, parent, or friend is joining in to create their own art, please include them in your headcount.

Because all party food and cake are brought in by the host and guests, Makers Art Studio does not prepare, provide, or handle party food and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment — please review ingredients directly with whoever provides the food. Our art materials are non-toxic and generally skin-safe; if a guest has a known allergy or sensitivity (for example to latex or specific materials), let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. Guests take part at their own discretion.

Yes. Birthday party packages are priced for a group of 10, but smaller groups are always welcome: book seats directly in any studio experience, choosing one seat per guest. It's the same guided activity and take-home art, priced per person.

Yes. Add a Signature fluid art canvas, 16x20 ($85) or 18x24 ($105), plus tax. All the guests sign and help create it, so the birthday child takes home one combined piece of art from their party.

A Glow Party is an art birthday party built around glow-in-the-dark fluid art and drip characters — a Danville exclusive, only offered at our Danville studio. It's best for ages 6 and up and is priced like our other party packages, for a group of 10.
